Research on the Coordinated Control of Regenerative Braking System and ABS in Hybrid Electric Vehicle Based on Composite Structure Motor

An antilock braking system (ABS) can ensure that the wheels are not locked during process which is an important to safety of braking. Regenerative also a crucial for hybrid vehicles and helps improve cruising range car. As such, coordinated control ABS research direction. This paper researches regenerative in vehicle based on composite structure motor (CSM-HEV). Firstly, two new modes engine-motor (EMCB) dual-motor (DMB) proposed model established. Then, purpose optimal operating efficiency guaranteeing brake slip rate, force distribution strategy predictive algorithm proposed. Finally, Simulink established simulate strategy. Results show rate well track target efficient operation system. Compared with normal mode, energy recovery EMCB similar, but it reduce fuel loss engine by 30.1%, DMB 16.78%, response time increased 12 ms.
